Our typical event coordination package entails six weeks of unlimited email and phone support leading up to your event, as well as the "works" for your big day: Let us be the liaison for all your vendors. Let us take care and worry about the details.

Moving decorations from ceremony to reception, setting up place cards and center pieces, making sure everyone involved knows what to do, those are all things you shouldn't have to worry about. And we won't let you!

Individual event consultations start at $65/per hour, and event coordination and planning packages are designed based on your unique needs. Our current pricing for event coordination and select planning services ranges from $975.00 to $2,850.00. Hello, my name is Henriette, owner and lead coordinator at Lemon Thyme Events. I am so happy you stopped by!


I was born and raised in Germany, and hail from a hospitality background with a B.A. in hospitality management. I have worn many different hats, and am also currently one of the managers of a historic Middleburg, Va. Bed & Breakfast Inn and event venue. It is here that I have discovered my love for sweet happily ever afters and the celebration of life's special moments.

Working alongside experienced and inspiring vendors, and treasured opportunities of working with wonderful clients, have truly allowed me to expand my portfolio of services over the past 7 years. 

Our team is down to earth, open-minded, and considerate of your needs and ideas. Our job is it to take away your stress, so that your wedding or event planning process is fun, seamless and enjoyable.   

We can not say enough good things about Henriette!! She was our day-of coordinator, but provided so much help and support through out the last few months of planning. Henriette’s comments and suggestions were always
helpful and the couple times we decided not to go with a suggestion (it didn’t happen often — she knows what she’s doing!) she was not weird about it or pushy at all. Our wedding day was absolutely amazing and everything went so smoothly — we know this had a lot to do with Henriette’s hard work all day. Henriette made my wedding day stress free. She was absolutely incredible to work with. She answered all my e-mails and calls almost immediately and ensured that my wedding went off without a hitch. I have had multiple guests compliment me since the wedding on how flawlessly it went and how it was the most seamless wedding they have ever been to. That is all a credit to Henriette. She timelined the day from start to finish and coordinated all the last-minute craziness of my mother in law bringing extra guests who hadn’t RSVPd and the havoc that caused to my seating chart and place cards. She also made some of the enviable Pinterest touches for my wedding by making
cute little chalkboard signs and table numbers for us, in addition to other beautiful touches like reusing our chuppah flowers and putting Mrs. and Mr. banners on the back of our chairs. She is seriously amazing. I don’t know how anyone would get married without Henriette helping them out!
